Stan Lee Media sued Marvel Entertainment for $5 billion Thursday, claiming it co-owns Marvel
’s superhero characters, including Spider-Man, X-Men, and the Incredible Hulk. A Marvel spokesperson declined to comment but later issued a statement from Mr. Lee: “I do not support this action and believe the suit to be baseless.” Confused yet?
